The Kalyani M4 is a multi-role platform designed to satisfy specific requirements of armed forces.Engineering and technology conglomerate Bharat Forge Ltd and worldwide aerospace and innovation business Paramount Group on Monday revealed a cooperation that will see them join innovations, abilities and knowledge to manufacture armoured vehicles in India.An arrangement to this effect was signed by both companies throughout the International Defence Exposition (IDEX 2021) in Abu Dhabi.

The Kalyani M4 is a wonderful new-generation vehicle and we wish to place it as the future of security in all markets worldwide, said Amit Kalyani, Deputy Handling Director of Bharat Forge.

This partnership unites the production and technology excellence of two leading companies, which have matching synergies and complementary abilities, he stated in a statement.Ivor Ichikowitz, Chairman of Paramount Group, said this model of world-beating ingenious technology is essential to improving any country's contemporary defence and innovation abilities.

The Kalyani M4 is based upon one of our flagship armoured lorries designed specifically for in-country production in India with our partners the Kalyani Group.
